1. FFFAI App 

We built a mobile app that gave delegates control over their entire convention experience—from travel details and pick-up coordination to live session updates and networking schedules.

2. QR‑Enabled Smart Badges

Each badge was uniquely QR-coded to display delegate type (delegate, speaker etc.) and automatically trigger relevant gift entitlements—cutting registration queues and manual errors.

3. B2B Meeting Management Suite

Embedded in both the app and our backend, this platform enabled delegates to schedule, track, and attend meetings—all from their mobile device.

Many delegates missed onboarding due to late registrations or unawareness. This impacted pick-up/drop logistics.

Sorting and displaying booked meetings chronologically became a manual, last-minute task.
