When the vendor could not provide software installation as part of their service, the n-Gauge team guided the configuration independently. When one laptop failed compatibility testing with the client's software, it was replaced and reconfigured entirely — without the client needing to step in.

The result: the client tested one unit remotely via AnyDesk to confirm the setup, and all 6 laptops arrived at the exhibition site pre-tested, pre-loaded, and fully operational. The quiz ran across all 3 event days without a single technical failure.
