Project ADHUNA is FOGSI's national initiative to improve intrapartum and newborn care quality in the private sector, built around Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs delivered to doctors and paramedical staff across 29 districts in four Indian states. The program blends in-person training led by FOGSI Master Trainers with self-paced online modules — which meant the digital half of that model needed to do more than host videos. It needed to track genuine course completion and issue a verifiable certificate at the end, for two distinct audiences with different content needs.

What is a LMS, and why did ADHUNA need one? A Learning Management System is a structured digital platform where course content is organized into sequential modules, each paired with an assessment, so a learner's progress and comprehension can be tracked automatically. For a program spanning 29 districts and multiple clinical topics, ADHUNA needed this to replace ad hoc video-sharing with a system that could confirm training was actually completed — and issue certificates only once it was.

Why Medical Associations Are Moving Beyond Video Libraries

A generic video library solves distribution — anyone with a link can watch.
